We recognize that we are in the construction business and that what we build is outdoors. That means that we are susceptible to such things as rainy weather, hurricanes, material delays, scheduling conflicts, etc. We also are a small company and believe that by remaining relatively small we can provide the kind of oversight, quality control, access to everyone from the owner on down, and follow-through to make our customers happy.
However, with all of these lofty goals, good intentions, and commitments to excellence, we do not claim to be, nor ever believe we will be perfect. We are going to have bad days to go along with the good ones, crew members out sick from time to time, missed deadlines, phone calls not returned, and all of the other hiccups that mark a small but busy company. But when these things happen we will own up to our responsibilities, communicate with the customer, find creative ways to make things right, and stand behind our work. If you choose to become a customer, you can always count on being able to meet with the Owners and their staff to get advice, discuss changes to your pool project, resolve any issues, and bring your vision to life.
